We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing client services team. You will be the first point of call for our clients, liasing with them on a daily basis to make their Community Management as efficient as possible.

Community Manager

We are looking for digital-savvy Community Managers - to take control of our clients online voice and build brand awareness. You will be the first point of contact for online fans and followers, creating an intimate relationship with the online community.

Customer Support Agent

Our Customer Support agents provide industry leading support through Email and Live Chat. You will be working with Global Brands to support their customers across a number of platforms. Software platforms include Freshdesk, Zendesk and Intercom. 

Team Leader

Team Leaders are responsible for running our teams of agents. This is a senior position which involves daily productivity, accuracy and security checks. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring analytics reports and running performance reviews.
